Verification is an evidence decision, not a product. A paid plan includes the work of a review but never guarantees its outcome, and the fee is not refunded once that review begins. GemsVerified verifies dealer practices, never an individual stone.
What the Verified plan buys
Level A verification, in full
The Verified plan exists to pay for Level A: company records checked against the register of the jurisdiction claimed, trading history corroborated outside your own website, a recorded thirty-minute interview with someone who runs the house, named references we call ourselves, and a written decision signed off by a second reviewer. The fee buys that work. It does not buy the mark, and houses fail having paid in full.

Questions, answered
Does paying guarantee verification?
No. Payment covers publishing capacity and the work of an annual Level A review. A mark is issued only when the submitted evidence passes the published standard.
Does a paid plan improve the GV Score?
No. Plan, founding status, sponsorship, traffic and listing volume have zero weight. Passing evidence checks can improve the verification component; buying a plan cannot.
Are plans monthly or annual?
Annual only. Verified is $750 a year and Trade Partner is $2,000 a year. Free remains $0 a year.
Do you charge commission?
No. Enquiries go directly to the dealer and GemsVerified takes no commission on a resulting transaction.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Publishing limits follow the active plan. If a plan is reduced, existing content remains manageable but content above the new allowance must be archived before new pages or taxonomy selections can be added.
