SSEF 137359 (10 April 2024), Ceylon origin, no indications of heating, slightly violetish blue of strong saturation. Sold for CHF 685,800, more than thirteen times the high estimate of CHF 50,000, with thirteen bidders, per Sotheby's own account. The low estimate was not published, so only the high is recorded.

A highly important sapphire and diamond ring
Kashmir origin per SSEF 137358 and Gubelin 24040071, royal blue, unheated (no Kashmir row exists in this register's origin taxonomy). Sold for CHF 3,448,000 per Roskin Gem News Report.
